Return online purchases

Online purchases cannot be returned directly to the store. You must use the shipping-portal to request a return: Mei-Li Shipping Portal

If you have passed everything correctly, we will refund the money within 14 days.

The return costs are always at your own expense, when you have received the item in perfect condition. If this is not the case please contact us immediately after receiving your shipment, this within 12 hours.

When you send your return, always keep your Track&Trace receipt until your return is processed.

What happens after you send your package back to us?

Your package arrives at our address. We process all packages within 7 working days. You will receive an automated e-mail from this. After that, we have 14 days to refund your money. Is the money not in your account after 14 days? Please contact us asap at +32 472 99 74 08.

If you have completed your order with VISA or MASTERCARD, we will not refund any money. We always deposit the money back into a regular bank card.

Shop purchases

Items purchased in the store can be exchanged for other items or a voucher within 14 working days. ON PRESENTATION OF THE RECEIPT. Without the receipt, we won’t take anything back. The item must be in the same condition as you purchased it from us in the store. We check every item before we sell it. The tag must also be attached to article. When the tag is detached, we will not accept the return of this item.
