Returns
How does returns work?
It may happen that the product is not as expected. It is therefore possible to return the product within 14 days (from the day you receive it). Send us an email with the order number and we will contact you as soon as possible to process the return.
If the entire order is returned we will charge €6,- for processing the order .
What does it cost to return?
You pay the shipping costs for your return yourself (to The Netherlands), but it is possible to receive a shipping label from us. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
You are responsible for returning and delivering your package
How quickly will I recieve my money back?
Within 14 working days after we have received your return, you will receive your money back into the account you paid with.
Which items can I return?
The products must be in their original condition, including packaging and with tags
Clothing must not have been worn and must not smell of perfume, smoke, sweat, etc
The bag of the earrings must not be opened
